Dr. Laura Raniere, MAPS   (She/Her)
Clinical Psychologist

 

Dr. Raniere is a clinical psychologist who specialises in child, adolescent and family psychology.  She is the Director of Maple Family Clinic.  

 

Laura is a board approved supervisor and offers supervision for clinical registration. 

 

As a clinical psychologist for more than 15 years, she has extensive experience working across a range of programs and organisations.   

 

Laura has had the opportunity to support children and young people from diverse backgrounds with a variety of presenting difficulties and is passionate about working collaboratively with young people and their families. 

 

Prioritising connection, clear communication and shared goals; Laura works with parents to gain a deeper understanding of their child's unique needs.  She will support you to improve communication and connection with your child or teen while working collaboratively to address difficulties that may be interfering.

She is experienced in supporting individuals with a range of difficulties, including trauma, family conflict, anxiety, depression and OCD.  Laura utilises her training in multiple therapeutic modalities to provide a client-centred and affirming approach that is flexible, relaxed and often incorporates a bit of fun.

Laura is skilled in the assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and Autism.  

 

Dr. Raniere welcomes opportunities to provide consultations or training to schools and other organisations.
